IFS于2023年4月发布新版食品标准，即IFS食品标准第8版。第8版的IFS食品标准，设置了3个月的实施过渡期，即企业可从2023年10月1日自愿施用新版标准及进行认证；并从2024年1月1日起，须强制符合新版标准。本文谈一下IFS 食品标准第八版的变化和改进。
