Abstract:By introducing the technical barriers to seafood trade , suggestions that HACCP should be implemented in fish culture are put forwad to improve the seafood quality and it is one of the most important methods to answer the seafood technical barriers. We also analysed questions faced by small aquatic producers when implementing HACCP and discussed the solutions.
