2012中国（深圳）进出口食品、保健品展览会简称“进口食品展”是由深圳市贸促委主办、深圳世界贸易中心会和深圳市食品行业协会共同承办的专业进出口食品展会。
随着中国国民经济迅速发展，国际化城市进程不断深入，人们生活水平和生活质量日益提高，营养健康，优质高端的食品、保健品成为消费者首选。
而近年来，中国食品安全事件频发，让消费者对国内食品安全信心不足，转而关注进口食品、保健品。但目前深圳进口食品、保健品经营渠道狭窄，种类稀少，品牌认知度不高，消费者可选择空间很小。
深圳毗邻港澳台，紧临东南亚，优越的地理位置使其成为进口食品、保健品进军中国市场首选之地，同时，深圳本地、珠三角乃至部分内地省区也有极为丰富的高档出口食品，为提高深圳市民对进口食品、保健品的认识，提升生活档次，满足市场高端需求，也为开辟港澳台及珠三角地区食品、保健品消费市场，整合资源及供应链，快速实现市场化，深圳世界贸易中心会将充分利用世贸中心全球资源，联合部分专业协会及机构共同承办“2012中国（深圳）进出口食品、保健品展览会”，邀请香港、澳门、台湾、东盟、印度、韩国等国家和地区以及部分国内重点食品、保健品出口企业前来展示推介，搭建专业的交流合作平台，促进国际食品贸易发展。

Invitation Letter
2012 China (Shenzhen) Import/Export Food & Food Supplement Expo, or “Import/Export Food Expo 2012”, is organized by Shenzhen Council for The Promotion of International Trade, and co-organized by Shenzhen World Trade Center Association and Shenzhen Food Industrial Association.
Nutritious, high quality and healthy products have become the first choice of the people as the life standard and life quality are improving with China's national economy and internationalization of urbanization process.
In recent years, several food safety incidents have undermined consumers’ confidence on domestic food products, which triggers the growing demand of imported food and health care products.
However, at present, the operational channel is limited by the varieties and the brand popularity of imported food and health care products, leaving consumers few choices.
Shenzhen neighboring Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, adjoining Southeast Asia, is at a unique geographical location as the first choice of entering China’s market. In addition, Shenzhen, the Pearl Delta and part of inland provinces all have abundant high-end export food products. To improve people’s knowledge on imported food and health care products, promote living standard and meet market demand for luxuries, explore the markets of HK, Macau and Taiwan for food and health care products, integrate resources and supply chain, boost market formation, Shenzhen World Trade Center Association will use its global resources in alliance with some professional associations and organizations to co-organize “2012 China (Shenzhen) Import/Export Food & Health Care Product Expo”, and invite export enterprises of food and health care products in HK, Macau, Taiwan, ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations), India, Korea, and domestic major product manufacturers to establish an networking platform for the promotion of international food trade.

参展资质Qualification
国际食品、保健品相关企业单位，要求
For enterprises of international food and health care products, the following are required:
1、具有企业法人营业执照。
Valid business license;
2、经营进口商品须有商检合格证、卫生许可证。
Merchandises inspection & examination certificate, hygienic license for Importers and exporters;
3、厂家具有生产许可证、卫生许可证、产品质量检验合格证。
Production license, hygienic license and product quality inspection certificate for manufacturers;
4、禁止经营假冒伪劣产品，否则后果自负。
Counterfeit and inferior products are strictly prohibited otherwise the exhibitor will be held liable for consequences;
注意事项Announcemen：
1、组委会将邀请深圳市市场监督管理局和深圳市药品监督管理局工作人员现场监督及抽查，对不符合食品卫生许可及质量安全的产品进行查处，参展商展出企业名称和展品范 围必须与报名一致，不得转让给第三方参展，坚决杜绝展虫。
The organizing committee will have inspectors from Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality and Drug Administration of Shenzhen Municipality to conduct onsite supervision and sampling, and take necessary punitive measures against incompliant food hygiene and quality and safety products. All exhibitors are required to submit the same exhibitor’s name and exhibits as those of given at registration. The registration is nontransferable. Solicitors during exhibition are forbidden.
2、参展商展出的所有物品、宣传品或服务必须遵守国家法律法规，必须符合相关的国家安全标准，不能危及人身安全、公共安全和对环境造成损害，如侵犯第三方专利、商标、版权和知识产权等相关的权益，所产生的法律责任由企业自负。
All displayed items, propaganda or services must abide by applicable China’s laws, compliant with national security standards not endangering human and public safety and imposing eco threat. In the event of discovering any infringements of third party’s patent, trademark, copyright and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights), the offending enterprise shall be held liable for any legal consequences.
3、组委会将严控展会现场秩序、安全和专业度，将组织安全纠查队对展会现场进行不间断巡查，如发现参展商违反上述保证及相关规章制度，组委会有权责令其立即改正，对坚持不予改正的，组委会有权单方面终止其参展资格，对其进行清场、�？罴白匪飨喙厮鹗�，已交展位费不予退还。对拒不配合者，组委会有权请求法警和纠查工作人员对其实施强制措施，在此过程中所发生的任何损失和因解决问题所可能发生的第三方费用由该参展商承担，组委会概不负责。
The organizing committee will maintain in its full effort the order, safety and professionalism of the exhibition. A safety inspection team will be organized to conduct the onsite patrol and monitor the exhibition venue. Any exhibitors should make correction in violation of the foregoing assurance and related regulation and rules, the organizing committee will assume the corrective responsibility of the violator, expelling from the exhibition premises in case of failure in correction by the violator. Subsequent actions of eviction, fining and recourse of damages will be acted upon the violator, and registration fee payment shall not be refunded.
Refusal of cooperation of any foregoing measures against the violator will result in further enforcement by legal authority and the safety rectification team. Any expenses and losses induced in solving such abhorrent incidents to any third party shall be the liability of the violator. The organizing committee therefore hereby disclaims any responsibility.
4、如相关企业对组委会的处理不服，可以根据中华人民共和国相关法律和规定，通过法律途径予以解决。
In case of dispute arises from the violator, legal proceeding can be taken by the violator in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
