　　会议背景丨Background

 

　　第六届国际进出口食品政策与法律法规交流会由中国出入境检验检疫协会牵头，将于2020年09月23日在广州琶洲召开。此次会议将针对政府职能机构改革后对进出口食品行业带来的影响进行展开，继续邀请中国、德国、西班牙、法国、巴西、美国、丹麦、日本、韩国、新西兰、澳大利亚、爱尔兰、乌拉圭、荷兰、波兰、泰国等国家相关政府与行业协会组织针对本国进出口食品的法律法规及对华出口贸易政策进行宣讲与解析，并就海外相关组织与企业如何在中国获得市场准入以及如何拓展中国市场提供绿色通道与合作平台。第五届会议已于2019年05月28日在上海成功召开。交流会期间由海关总署、国家市场监督管理总局、上海海关、天津海关、南京海关、深圳海关等相关部门领导，以及外国政府官员、技术专家、行业组织及相关企业代表围绕中国进口食品政策与法规解析、中国农产品质量安全、进口食品境外加工企业卫生注册制度解析、中国进出口食品安全监管政策，以及其他国家食品出口贸易政策及监管体系介绍等话题进行阐述，三百多人参加了本次会议。

 

　　The 6th International Import & Export Food Policy,Laws and Regulations Summit will be led by the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association and will be held on September 16, 2020 in Pazhou, Guangzhou. During the exchange meeting, leaders of the General Administration of Customs, the State Administration of Market Supervision, Shanghai Customs, Tianjin Customs, Nanjing Customs, Shenzhen Customs and other relevant departments, as well as foreign government officials, technical experts, industry organizations and related enterprise representatives, More than 300 people participated in this topic, including the analysis of laws and regulations, the analysis of the quality and safety of agricultural products in China, the analysis of the sanitary registration system of imported food processing companies abroad, China's import and export food safety supervision policies, and the introduction of food export trade policies and supervision systems in other countries meeting.
