罐罐菌，又名罗汉菇，也叫牛肚子菇。盛产在高寒山区腊尔山一带。罐罐菌喜阳光，一般生长在背阴山坡上。罐罐菌含有高蛋白和维生素B，对人体的健康有十分好处。罐罐菌收检时间多在夏末初秋的高温天气，九、十月份也生长。收检后的罐罐菌通过人工加工以后，晒干晾，认真收藏，可保鲜色美味。吃罐罐菌有几种吃法，即煮吃，尤以拌猪肉炖吃为最佳。罐罐菌营养价值极高，它是当地腊尔山台地的一种土特产。
