    买樱桃时应选择连有果蒂、色泽光艳、表皮饱满的,如果当时吃不完,最好保存在零下1℃的冷藏条件下。樱桃属浆果类,容易损坏,所以一定要轻拿轻放。另外,樱桃虽好,但也注意不要多吃。因为其中除了含铁多以外,还含有一定量的氰甙,若食用过多会引起铁中毒或氰化物中毒。一旦吃多了樱桃发生不适,可用甘蔗汁清热解毒。同时,樱桃性温热,患热性病及虚热咳嗽者要忌食。
